Valante Grant is the founder of The byDesign Network. A passionate writer, she authors 3 columns for Examiner.com; and contributes to various national publications. Valante's media and journalism expertise includes her LIFE! byDesign television broadcast and Breakthrough radio show. She uses her multimedia platform to bring exposure to individuals who are making a positive impact on society. Valante works as a mentor, with Chicago area school districts, organizations and churches. She facilitates workshops and seminars designed to share inspiration.
